ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

This matter was previously set for a status update due by July 18, 2025. To date, no update has been provided. Therefore,

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on September 5, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If a status update is not received by September 5, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.
