The undersigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document Request for Status Conference and Prehearing Conference as filed on behalf of Respondent September 11, 2023, makes the following minute entry:

Good cause appearing, a Status Update has been set for the above-captioned matter on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. On or before this date the parties shall submit one of the following Stipulated Motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days, or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be Set for Hearing.

Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).
