The hearing in this matter was set to convene at 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2025. Neither party appeared at the time of the hearing. Therefore, the above-entitled matter is set for a Status Update on August 1, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
