On May 13, 2024, Petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that she wished to withdraw her appeal and the hearing currently scheduled for May 20, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Housing for further action.
