ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE, ORDER REQUIRING RESPONSE

On May 9, 2024, the Arizona Department of Housing (Department) issued a Notice of Hearing in the above-captioned matter setting an administrative hearing to convene on June 5, 2024.

On May 14, 2024, Respondent filed its Motion to Continue the matter due to a conflict, previously arranged, with the noticed hearing date.

On May 14, 2024, Respondent also filed its Motion to Dismiss in the above captioned matter.

Petitioner has not filed a response to either motion.

IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is continued;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner file a response to the Motion to Dismiss no later than June 3, 2024. Thereafter, the Motion will be considered by the Tribunal and an Order will be issued.
