On June 17, 2022, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board requested that the pending hearing be vacated as “the parties have resolved the matter through a settlement agreement accepted by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy on June 17, 2022.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action.
