IT IS ORDERED by 5:00 PM on August 1, 2025, the parties shall meet and confer regarding their time requirements and possible stipulations. Be advised, the Board will present its evidence first.

IT IS ORDERED by 5:00 PM on August 4, 2025, each party shall submit the following: a witness list and a copy of all exhibits.

Witness list: each witness named must be accompanied by a short statement of relevance and the expected time during during which they will testify, including the estimated timing for cross and redirect examinations (for example, Jordan Jones will testify about the facts in allegation 1 on August 13 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM).

Exhibits: the Board shall label its exhibits by number and Dr. Jetly shall label his exhibits by letter. All exhibits shall be bates labeled.

IT IS ORDERED if the parties stipulate to any material facts, they shall submit a joint statement, detailing those facts, by 5:00 PM on August 12, 2025.

IT IS ORDERED the Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery must provide a copy of the Notice of Denial, including the reasons for denial, to the Tribunal by 5:00 PM July 29, 2025.
