Mr. Hudson:

On April 15, 2026, TLF Manufacturing LLC dba Rysso-Peters located at 2525 West Coronado Road, Phoenix, AZ 85009, received citations and penalties via certified mail from ADOSH. TLF Manufacturing LLC dba Rysso-Peters has retained Premier Risk Management, LLC to represent them and a letter of support accompanies this letter for your records. The intent of this letter is to serve as a written notice for Formal Contestment of the citations issued.

Specifically, we are contesting all citations, type of violations, and penalties assessed as they relate to the above referenced inspection. Once the inspection file is transferred to the Industrial Commission of Arizona Legal Department for processing and the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), we are requesting the production of records so that we may adequately understand all facts revolving around the inspection.

When OAH sets a hearing date and an unredacted file is received by our office, we would like to schedule a pre-settlement hearing conference with you and the attorney assigned to the inspection. We would appreciate a meeting at least two weeks prior to the hearing to ensure adequate time to determine if a hearing is further necessary or not.
