ORDER CONSOLIDATING MATTERS
The parties requested these matters be consolidated and continued to allow the parties to engage in settlement discussions. In light of the foregoing,
IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on June 2, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED consolidating the above-referenced matters.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting the matters for a Status Update on July 24, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
