ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
This matter was set for hearing on January 14, 2025. Neither party appeared or submitted any information to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Then, the Administrative Law Judge set the matter for a a status update due by April 4, 2025. To date, no update has been provided. Therefore,
The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on May 2, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
If a status update is not received by May 2, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.
