ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

As discussed at the prehearing conference in this matter, the following deadlines were agreed upon by the parties:

Respondent will be filing a Motion for Summary Judgement (Motion).

Complainant will have 30 days to file a Response to the Motion.

Respondent will have 15 days for file a Reply.

In the event the matter is not dismissed based on the Motion, the hearing will convene at 9:00 a.m. on September 2, 2025. The hearing will be held in person at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

The parties will exchange witness lists and exhibits no later than August 19, 2025, and will provide a copy to the Office of Administrative Hearings.
