On December 19, 2024, the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which ADOSH advised that the request for hearing in this matter was erroneously filed on October 8, 2024. Rather, the correct docket number was CP2024-JW184-0053 and the hearing in that docket number remains scheduled for January 21, 2025. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Industrial Commission of Arizona for further action.
