ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

As was discussed at the prehearing conference in this matter, the parties agreed to the following:

Respondent may file a Motion for Summary Judgement (Motion) by May 28, 2025.

Complainant may file a Response to the Motion by June 27, 2025.

Respondent may file a Reply by July 11, 2025.

In the event the matter is not resolved as a result of the Motion, the parties will participate in a mediation via Google Meet at 1:00 p.m. on August 20, 2025.

In the event the matter is not resolved as a result of the mediation, the hearing will convene via Google Meet at 9:00 a.m. on October 7, 2025, and October 8, 2025, as necessary.

Complainant will mark its exhibits with numbers; Respondent will mark its exhibits with letters.

The parties will exchange witness lists and exhibits no later than September 23, 2025, and will provide a copy to the Office of Administrative Hearings.
