IT IS ORDERED the parties shall meet and confer about an updated schedule and whether a new schedule can be implemented wherein the Reply is submitted by August 8, 2025.

IT IS ORDERED that by July 11, 2025, the parties shall submit a jointly approved schedule or, if the parties cannot agree on a schedule, a statement explaining their positions about how to proceed. Either party may request a prehearing conference in their joint filing.
