Hearing in this matter was duly-scheduled to convene on September 15, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On September 8, 1999, Defendant Larry Marshall Leach filed correspondence with the Registrar of Contractors, forwarded by facsimile to this office, stating his intention to withdraw his appeal in this matter, thereby rendering the hearing unnecessary. For that reason, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 15, 1999, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that the matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for disposition consistent with the foregoing.
