This matter was scheduled for administrative hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on February 10th, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. On December 28th, 1999, the Complainant, Ms. Lila Phillips, filed with the OAH her request to “cancel any legal action you have prepared against [Respondent].” The ground for her request is that the Respondent has satisfactorily repaired the work concerning this administrative complaint. Complainant’s letter requesting cancellation of the legal proceedings is deemed to be in the nature of a motion to vacate and close this matter. Wherefore, sufficient grounds having been shown, pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, the administrative hearing of this matter is vacated and the matter is returned to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, with a recommendation for closure in a manner to be determined by the Registrar.
