This matter was scheduled for hearing on May 3, 1999. On April 29, 1999, the Respondent, by and through his attorney, submitted a letter indicating that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement resolving their differences and requesting that the matter be dismissed and that the hearing be vacated.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case No.T99-0519, together with the claim upon which it is based, be dismissed.
