This matter was scheduled for hearing on Friday, March 5th, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. On Friday, February 5th, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a letter from the Operations Manager for the Complainant, Ms. Toni Schwartz, deemed a motion, stating that the Complainant has now been paid in full, and wishes the presently scheduled hearing be vacated, and the case closed. This action resolves all outstanding differences of the parties which are before the Registrar of Contractors in this case.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case No. T99-0321, together with the claim upon which it is based, be dismissed.
