These matters are scheduled for hearing on August 4, 1999 at 8:30 a.m., and on August 6, 1999 at 11:00 a.m.. On July 13, 1999, the Complainant moved to drop all complaints and charges against the Respondent on the basis that the Complainant now feels that Respondent has now complied with all Registrar of Contractors requirements for these matters. THEREFORE: Good cause appearing it is recommended that Case Nos. S99-0130 and S99-0131, together with the claims upon which there are based, be dismissed. If notice is received that the Registrar of Contractors has accepted the Recommended Dismissal of these matters prior to the scheduled hearing dates then the matters shall be automatically vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. If notice is not received prior to the scheduled hearing date, or if the Registrar of Contractors rejects the Recommended Order, then the hearings for these matters shall take place as originally scheduled.
