This matter was scheduled for administrative hearing for Thursday, August 5th, 1999, at 1:30 p.m.

The Complainants, on July 30th, 1999, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) a letter stating that the items of their complaint against the Respondent which are the subjects of Case No. S99-0120 have now been corrected by the Respondent, and further stating that the Complainants wish to close this complaint.

WHEREFORE, it is hereby recommended that the administrative hearing of this matter presently scheduled for August 5th, 199, is VACATED, and this matter remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with a recommendation that Case No. S99-0120 be closed.
