The Respondent, by and through its counsel, has filed a Motion to Withdraw its Petition for Rehearing and a Request for Dismissal. The Respondent has filed a written statement wherein the Complainant stipulates that the Respondent has complied with the corrective work order issued in this matter and requesting the dismissal of his complaint. Upon review and consideration of the Respondent’s Motion to Withdraw and the parties’ joint Request for Dismissal, and after a full review of the entire file in this matter, it is recommended that the Respondent’s Motion to Withdraw its Petition for Rehearing be granted. It is further recommended that the prior Order issued in this matter be Quashed and Vacated and that Case Nos. S99-0009 and W99-0009 be closed. Done this 3rd day of May, 1999.
