IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the scheduled hearing date, the Respondent filed a letter asking that the revocation of its license be set aside and that the hearing for this matter be vacated on the basis that the Respondent had fully complied with the prior Order of the Registrar of Contractors. The Complainant filed a letter stating that in consideration of a Cashiers Check the Complainant wished to withdraw the Complaint at issue and that the Complainant considered all items to be satisfied.

In view of the foregoing, and after a review of the entire file herein, sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on October 24, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the Recommendation that the prior revocation of the Respondent’s License be quashed and vacated and that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be closed in a manner to be determined by the Registrar of Contractors.
