These matters were scheduled for consolidated hearing on April 8, 1999. On March 29, 1999, both Complainants filed written letters indicating that the Respondent was in the process of resolving their complaints and requesting that the consolidated hearing for these matter vacated and that their complaints be closed.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matters are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case Nos.P99-0126 and P99-0127, together with the claims upon which they are based, be closed.
