This matter was to be rescheduled for hearing in the normal course of docketing for the Showlow area. On May 17, 1999, the Complainant file a letter indicating that the parties had resolved their differences and that the Complainant had been paid. The Complainant requested that its complaint be dismissed.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case No.P99-0090, together with the claim upon which it is based, be closed.
