Both parties have requested that the above-described consolidated matters be dismissed. Upon review and consideration of the parties’ request, as well as of the entire record in these matters, it is determined that good cause exists for vacating the consolidated hearing set for January 31, 2000. IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing on January 31, 2000 be vacated. It is recommended to the Registrar of Contractors that the Citations and Complaints in the above-described matters be dismissed.
