On January 27, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Stipulation for Dismissal executed by counsel for each party. Additionally, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a written request from Gary Sheets to cancel the hearing set for January 28, 2000. Under the circumstances, it appears that this matter has been resolved and there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing.
