On June 5, 2000, Complainants filed a Letter with this tribunal, indicating that they had come to an agreement with Respondent “Kachina Builders to take care of this matter.” The Letter indicates that Complainants want to cancel the hearing. The letter is not copied to Respondent or to the Registrar. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter shall be vacated, and the matter shall be remanded to the Registrar for any further handling. ORDERED and DATED this day, June 7, 2000.
