Prior to the date set for hearing, Complainant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw its request for an evidentiary hearing on November 30, 1999. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on November 30, 1999 at 1:30 P.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
