Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a communication from Complainant, Tom Bastian, confirming that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved, and requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated. In view of the foregoing, and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 15, 2000, is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case Number M99-1140 be closed.
