IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the convening of the scheduled hearing the parties and counsel advised the Office of Administrative Hearings that they had resolved their dispute in this matter and that the hearing was no longer necessary. The parties entered into a written settlement agreement resolving not only this matter but also a related civil matter. In view of the foregoing, it is determined that no useful purpose would be served by convening the scheduled hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED, that the hearing set for October 21, 1999, be vacated, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition.
