Very shortly prior to the date and time set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, counsel for Complainant filed a written request to withdraw the pending complaint, electing instead to pursue available remedies in another forum before a civil tribunal, also expressly requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated, thereby terminating the pending administrative action. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, confirming a prior verbal ruling communicated to all interested parties, that the hearing scheduled to convene on Wednesday, January 12, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number M99-1030 be closed.
