IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Immediately prior to the time set for the continued hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant informed the undersigned that Respondent had completed to his satisfaction the repairs that, in the opinion of the Registrar of Contractors’ inspector, were necessary for it to comply with the Registrar’s April 9, 1999 directive. Complainant therefore requested that the hearing be vacated. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 22, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case No. M99-0917 be closed.
