IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on June 8, 1999. On June 2, 1999, the parties filed a STIPULATION FOR DISMISSALOF REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS COMPLAINT jointly executed by counsel which stipulated to dismissal of Hawaiian Pools’ Complaint without prejudice for the reason that the parties have a Superior Court action pending in which all issues should be resolved. On the basis of that stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing set for June 8, 1999, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. M99-0192 be dismissed.
