This matter was set for rehearing on August 19, 1999. Prior to commencing the hearing, Respondent satisfied the terms of the settlement agreement reached between the parties on March 23, 1999. Despite Complainant’s understandable frustration with the fact that it took Respondent nearly five months to comply with the settlement agreement, Complainant expressed a desire not to pursue the instant matter further. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for August 19, 1999, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that this matter be closed. Done this day, August 19, 1999.
