On June 18, 1999, Petitioner Danny George filed by facsimile correspondence stating that he did not wish to proceed, for the reason that the mobile home at issue had been sold. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause appearing to exist: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the director of the Department of Building and Fire Safety with the recommendation that the appeal action by the above petitioner be dismissed.
