The Complainant herein, Tile Importers of Lake Havasu, Inc., filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on November 16th, 1999, a notice that the Complainant and Respondent, Farr Custom Homes, had reached an agreement concerning their previous differences which are the subjects of this administrative matter, whereby Respondent would pay an agreed sum of money to the Complainant in accordance with a payment plan, which is also part of the agreement. Complainant noted that this action “closes this issue.” Also received by the OAH was a copy of the parties’ signed Promissory Note containing the particulars of the agreement already noted, and signed by the parties on November 1st, 1999. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing of this matter, presently scheduled for January 31st, 2000, is vacated, and this matter returned to the Registrar of Contractors with a recommendation of further action that Citation and Complaint Number L99- 0204, together with the Complaint on which it is based, be closed.
