Complainant brought this no-pay action claiming that Respondent had not paid money for materials that Complainant supplied to Respondent. Both parties appeared at the hearing. By the time of the hearing, Respondent had paid Complainant all but $577.04. Thus, the disputed amount is under the $750 minimum stated in A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(11). IT IS RECOMMENDED that the complaint in this matter be closed.
