STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Complainant filed a document with the Registrar of Contractors, which has been forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings, stating a frustration and sincere disappointment in the process whereby Complainant feels the Respondent is shirking a responsibility in complying with the issuance of a Corrective Work Order. For these reasons, albeit reluctantly, Complainant is requesting that the hearing scheduled in this matter be canceled. Accordingly, for good cause based upon the written document received from Complainant, the above entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby RECOMMENDED that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be closed.
