Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 27, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
