On January 26, 2000, a consolidated disciplinary hearing was scheduled to determine if the Respondents had violated provisions of A.R.S. §32-1154(A). Randall Lottes appeared on his own behalf. Thomas Swanson appeared on behalf of Hummingbird Builders. Darrell Miller appeared on behalf of Plumbing By Miller. John Stallings appeared on behalf of J and N. Prior to presenting evidence in this disciplinary hearing, Mr. Lottes and Mr. Swanson withdrew their complaints.
Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 26, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Director deems appropriate. Done this day, January 26, 1999.
