IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant informed the Registrar of Contractors that Respondent had performed certain construction work and had resolved Complainant’s complaints to his satisfaction. In view of the Respondent’s resolution of Complainant’s complaints, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 14, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case Number H99-0197 be closed.
