Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainants informed the Registrar of Contractors that Respondent had resolved Complainants’ complaints to their satisfaction and requested that the previously scheduled hearing be canceled. In view of the Respondent’s resolution of Complainants’ complaints, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 16, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case Number H99-0136 be closed.
