On January 25, 2000, a consolidated disciplinary hearing was scheduled in this matter. On January 24, 2000, Registrar of Contractors Inspector Bill Redman received a settlement agreement from the parties in this matter. ROC Inspector Redman informed the undersigned Administrative Law Judge that the Complainants no longer required a hearing in this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled for January 25, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
