This matter was scheduled for hearing on July 14th, 1999, at 8:30 a.m. On July 13th, 1999, at 1:21 p.m., the Complainant sent a notice of settlement and request to vacate the hearing to the Office of Administrative Hearings in Phoenix. That fax was forwarded to the Registrar’s Flagstaff office, by fax, on July 13th, 1999, at 5:39 p.m. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge was met by this fax when he arrived at the Registrar’s Flagstaff office the morning of the hearing, approximately thirty minutes before the case was to be called.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case Nos. F99-0204 and F99-0204W, together with the claim upon which they are based, be closed.
