On May 20, 1999, a communication from the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety was received by the Office of Administrative Hearings which reported the filing by the parties of written confirmation that all matters in issue have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 30, 1999 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Department of Building and Fire Safety with the recommendation that the entire Complaint against Respondent in Case Number 98-9/325 be dismissed.
