Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the qualifying party of respondent Western American Housing Corporation, License No. 5837, Class D-12, the dealer, notified the Department of Building and Fire Safety that it had resolved to complainant’s satisfaction Office Items Nos. 3, 8, and 12, the only remaining items verified against it. In view of Western American Housing Corporation’s satisfaction of the remaining items that had been verified against it, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to be vacated as to Western American Housing Corporation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing that had been scheduled to begin on January 21, 1999 at 1:30 p.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, as both respondents have now satisfied Complainant with respect to all items verified against them. / / / / /
