This matter was scheduled for hearing on January 25, 1998. On December 18, 1998, the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety stated that it had received a verified complaint and sign off form from the parties and requested that the hearing be canceled and that the matter be dismissed.

THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case No.98-9/122, together with the claim upon which it is based, be dismissed.
