IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 21, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Administrative Hearing filed by counsel for the Arizona State Banking Department. Representations were made in that document that the parties will enter into a Consent Order but that they are unable to have that accomplished prior to the hearing of this matter. That being the case, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
