IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the convening of the scheduled hearing in this matter, counsel for the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss and to Vacate Hearing. The parties desire to resolve their dispute in the pending civil litigation. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for October 28, 1999, be vacated, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint be dismissed as requested by the parties.
