Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Respondent filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and requesting that the matter be vacated. Attached to the communication was a Stipulation to Dismiss Complaint signed by both parties which indicated that they agreed to have the matter dismissed with prejudice. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be dismissed with prejudice.
